My name is Danielle Leonard, and I am asking for your vote on April 30th, for the Swampscott Select Board. I’m running for Select Board because I feel our town needs someone who will encourage, listen, and value the perspectives of all residents of Swampscott. My background in human resources, combined with my tenure working for the school department, uniquely positions me to cultivate a safe and respectful environment and add a stabilizing force to address the ongoing employment issues within the town.

We need to improve the process we utilize to make decisions, starting with listening to our residents. My goal is to ensure that addressing the priorities of our residents involves collaboration and transparency with our entire community.
